Any owner of a house with private beach must comply with regulations concerning access to the beach. Indeed, the beaches, or more precisely the coastline in the public domain. Buying a House in Mexico Beach

Monday, February 14th, 2011

The variety of tourism and real estate in Mexico is awesome.
If you are thinking of comparing a beach house I recommend these three wonderful places to identity that are linked by the Pacific Ocean and offer sustainable growth, a thriving community, excellent service and warmth that only Mexico can give.
Each place has its own spirit of the Mexican coast.
Puerto Vallarta, rustic and traditional village, has a mystique and magic with a very lively and cosmopolitan society, Riviera Nayarit, with its mega hotels, golf courses and beaches. Finally, Los Cabos, a new destination, very trendy, luxury hotels and a thousand other activities to offer.
All three destinations have large residential developments, excellent investment opportunities have become best places to have your beach house.
Are currently providing the best conditions for a sustainable development with great benefits for investors for the implementation of a bold plan that provides for effective and orderly growth in the coming years.
Mexico, today, remains a favorite with many advantages for deciding to have a second home. In our country, the real estate industry has stood up and unlike the U.S. market which was affected by the slowdown in the economy.
Foreign retirees continue to be a potential niche for investors in our country. These Baby Boomers have become the main promoters of the Mexican coast, as it offers a more relaxed lifestyle, safety, first class medical services, all at a much lower cost than in their country of origin.
Our main market remains the U.S. due to geographical proximity, however, Europe is turning their eyes to this area, either as developers or buyers.
Fadesa Group is one of the largest development companies in Spain. It is currently investing in the states of Jalisco and Nayarit with an investment of over $ 350 million. Along with Fonatur will create over 2,500 direct and indirect jobs and have their eyes on the Sea of ??Cortez.
Mexico offers more guarantees and greater goodwill that Central and South America. This puts us at the forefront as one of the favorite places to invest.
Although a guarantee of business, real estate niche is not without risks and we must be as prepared as possible, hence, HOMES & LIVING orients you to make your purchase will become a success.
You have to take your time and explore all possible options on the market. The range of offerings in these three destinations is impressive, because we have one mug of higher growth in Mexico. This increases the demand on income and property value increase rapidly, coupled with the excellent standard of living and social security.
The beach houses offer you the opportunity to relax, enjoy and play with nature as your money grows.
This may be the best investment of your life.

Beach houses in Sweden

Friday, February 11th, 2011

In almost any other holiday destination families meet with children on such a large selection of beach houses in Sweden. Due to the several hundred kilometers of beach on the Skagerrak, Kattegat and Baltic Sea, the islands of Oland and Gotland and the archipelago with thousands of small islets, the number of vacation homes go into the hundreds of thousands.
Overlooking the seaThe family vacation is to spend almost directly on the beach dwelling, the dream of many families with children. The little ones have the “sandbox” at the door, the adults can relax by the water, sunbathe or exercise. If you have had enough of beach life, one takes refuge in only a few steps from the beach villas. Fortunately, Sweden has to offer many of these beach houses, mostly in classical, traditional and painted Falun red wooden house style. The most popular beach houses on the sunny islands of Gotland and Öland, and in the archipelago outside Sweden’s east coast. Here are more high-priced beach houses, because the proximity to the Swedish capital, gives them an air of exclusivity. For families with children are beach houses on Oland and Gotland, hip, because the beaches are child friendly and flatter.

The beach house

Tuesday, February 8th, 2011

Ok, I probably have a bipolar personality disorder (if there is something like that) last week placed photos of cottages in the English countryside and rural life , nor was autumn, and here a few days after estivissima way to a beach house. Now that the sun does not even see here in the Free and Hanseatic City … We hope at least a mercy seat post.
However, one of my favorite blogs – House of Turquoise – has recently published a holiday home of your dreams! To tell the truth in this blog are always beautiful interior, but I think these are the best ever. The photos were taken by Alex Hayden , the design (the house) is Soli Terry Architects , the article was originally published in Seattle Homes and Lifestyles . (Oh, there are more links in these few lines in the rest of the blog …)
Now brace yourselves, arriving photos of this beach house in Whidbey Island (in North America, including Seattle and Vancouver) and I expect a mass exodus.
Find the rest of the pictures and the article here .
I teleport there right now and would stay there indefinitely! Who is with me?
But there’s more: the blog House of Turquoise was then docked to the blog Posh Pawley Island where I instead discovered the most beautiful room I have ever seen. Fitted and photographed by the same owner of the blog, Julia Ryan, this room could not be more perfect for me even if I were made to me on purpose. Look at you.
I love the walls combined with quell’azzurrino so white, I love those chairs with fantasy soft in color as the walls and I love that they are paired with striped cushions, mix that – surprise – is very successful. I love the fireplace in part white, some with exposed brick. I love that rug that looks embroidered with branches of cherry and I love that everything is so light and bright.
The closet in the old idea is wonderful. And the pictures with frames of gold!
Beautiful table and also the mirror. Nice idea of the basket. And then there are two pairs of Hunter! It is the room for me! ;-)
Oh God, I have a room so one day. These photos will be picked out As soon as I decide to redo the room … Indeed almost almost time – with great joy dell’Amburghese – I’m going to redecorate the house. Paints and brushes, arrival!
